By creating an account or using Next Level Media (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

Next Level Media is a comprehensive creator platform providing tools for video content, live streaming, gaming, and social engagement. We provide an ecosystem for creators to grow and monetize their audience.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide real, accurate, and complete information during registration.

Only one account per person is allowed. NLM reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or create duplicate identities.

The platform utilizes "Coins" as a virtual currency for interactions and support.

• Value: 100 coins = $1.00 USD.
• Rev Share: Solo creators keep 90% of earnings. Creators under an Agency keep 80% (10% goes to the Agency).
• Payouts: Processed weekly every Monday. Minimum payout threshold is $10.

Illegal content, harassment, and hate speech are strictly prohibited. NLM reserves the right to remove any content that violates community safety.

NSFW content is prohibited without explicit platform approval and appropriate age-gating.

You retain full ownership of your content. By posting, you grant NLM a non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute your content across our platform for operational purposes.

Live broadcasters must maintain a respectful environment. Any promotion of dangerous acts or harassment during a live session will result in immediate termination.

All virtual gifts sent to streamers are final and non-refundable.

Coin wagering within NLM PvP games is for entertainment purposes only. The platform does not facilitate or encourage real-money gambling.

Agencies take a 10% commission on creator earnings in exchange for support and management. Creators can leave an Agency at any time by providing a 30-day notice via the platform dashboard.

NLM reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". NLM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or third-party content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
